Storyteller at heart — on the stage, on the page, behind the camera, or coaching someone else through their own. I believe in building a life with intention, not just a career, and I’m always chasing the next chapter of the story.

My How & Why

I grew up performing, fell in love with storytelling, went to film school, and built a career at the intersection of all of it. I spent the last several years leading social strategy for a national media brand, while making content about intentional living and Disney, and coaching creatives turning their passion into their career. I believe in doing the work, documenting the life, and never outgrowing the things that make you feel most like yourself.
